SHIPPING POLICY
Unless otherwise requested, orders ship via UPS Ground once purchase, shipping and applicable tax fees are paid. We will email you a shipping invoice with tracking information. Items are fully insured. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
International orders ship via UPS Global Express. These shipments are also insured and trackable. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is responsible for these charges. Annie Havlicek has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For details, contact your local customs office.

TAX
All purchases made within New York State are subject to state sales tax.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
Annie Havlicek will only accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. Please include a note explaining reason for return. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages.

Annie Havlicek will refund customers via Paypal or a business check via mail at your request. Returns are processed immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed. In the event that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded.

Please be advised that once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock listed on our site, sometimes we sell out of certain items. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and issue the appropriate refund.
